No Success, No Labor Fee!
If we were not able to fix the problem due to our technical skills, we would not charge a diagnosis fee or a maintenence fee, please pay just a transportation fee. (Subject to condition: Please disclose all information before quotation.)

Fixed Price.
Once you order, the total cost is fixed, you are not charged more than the estimated cost.

Full Backup.
If you want, we can make a complete copy of your internal hard disk drive onto an external hard disk drive before beginning work, then work with the external hard disk drive.

If you are unhappy with our repair, you revert to the internal hard disk drive and go to a different company for repairs. Of course we do not charge in that case.

Technical Report.
When we finish fixing the problem, we issue a detailed technical report showing the root cause of the problem and methods of fixing.

On Site or Collect-Fix-Deliver.
You can choose on site work or collect-fix-deliver service. We give you a security deposit when collecting the item from your house, please pay back the deposit to us when we deliver the fixed PC to you.

Same Rate in Evening or Weekend.
Although you order evening or weekend work, no additional charge is expected.
