Now a days a broadband connection is a must have item in a home. It is very important to communicate with the social world. Our service provides support when you introduce a new broadband connection to your home. We are independent from broadband suppliers so you can choose whichever supplier you like.

You can also choose your own network equipment and security software from retail shops like PC World. We will happily communicate with your broadband supplier for you.

Troubleshooting
Broadband technology is not perfect, more than one in 20 people experience trouble during the first 2-5 years. When you do have a problem what are you going to do?

Broadband suppliers always doubt your equipment, (3) or (4) in the above picture, and customer service suggests solutions using difficult technical words. In genereal people do not know about computer network technologies and/or ADSL technology, so it will be difficult to do the work yourself. That is why we investigate the technical problem, and fix it. If the trouble is not in your equipment, (1) or (2), then you have to report the issue to your Internet Service Provider. We create a report in writing, and you can spend as much time as you like understanding the issue. If you choose, we will contact your broadband supplier for you.

No Success, No Labor Fee!
If we were not able to complete the job, we do not charge a diagnosis fee, we do not charge an installation fee and we do not charge a repair fee, please pay just a transportation fee. According to our records, the labor costs about 30 pounds for one visit. In some rare cases, we need to visit customers twice, because the broadband supplier suggested additional work, but the total charge was about 60 pounds.
