Factory Automation
We develop hardware to control machines, analyse data coming from sensors, etc.

Interface Card
We design logic boards to connect computers to the machines or the sensors. For example, the interface card to connect to an IIC bus and the interface card to connect to the press machines.

Device Driver
You can use your favorite programming tools because we develop device drivers for Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. We define protocols to control the designed hardware, then prepare software libraries for your software. We are also happy to develop, control, or monitor the programs for you.

Factory Controller Which We Developed
The customer was a TV factory, there were a lot of RS232C, RS485, GP-IB or analogue video signal cables between machines and production computers, between cameras and monitors.

Before

We replaced those cables with the ethernet cables. The machines, sensors and cameras were connected to the nearest controllers which we developed. Because of this change,

1. The number of cables decreased dramatically.
2. It became very easy to add monitors or machines, new equipment is connected to the nearest ethernet hub.
3. Engineers no longer needed to remember which cable ran to which machine.

After

We also developed the software running in the controllers. By using the device drivers and protocol converters, the machines connected to these interfaces can be controlled using the defined protocols through TCP/IP connections. The application can also communicate with the protocol converters directly without TCP/IP socket connection.
